2) It will be a Humanist service with an opportunity to reflect/pray
What is a humanist funeral service?: A humanist funeral service is a ceremony celebrating the life of someone who has died without mentioning a religion or god. This kind of service is often led by a humanist celebrant (in our case Judith Goodison an ex teacher herself) who guides guests through any readings and music.
3) We would like to celebrate Alison as she really was rather than dwelling on the Huntington’s Disease which she suffered from. We ask that you wear cheerful clothing and not sombre (unless you prefer)
4) There will not be a procession behind the hearse
